A Super Cool Swimming Pool
By 2005, we had guests staying in both the Villa and the Apartment, enjoying our new life, making friends, and even making some cash. We thought, "Why not add a swimming pool?"

We went for a free-form Pebbletec pool, which involved a block and steel framework covered with Gunite concrete. The finish was made with white concrete, coloured, and pebbles from New Zealand. The pool turned out amazing, looking super natural, and it's easy to take care of and super durable..

With the heavy construction work out of the way, we built a boundary wall, installed new gates, and upgraded the electricity supply. Over the years, we've kept making Finca Arboleda even better, adding central heating, air conditioning, dry stone walls, a covered terrace for the villa, solar panels, and a new concrete road. They even tarmaced the access road a few years back, which has been fantastic.
It's true that no home is ever really "done," but we're so proud of what we've built at Finca Arboleda and the fun, friendly life we've created here in Spain. We would love you to come and sample it.
