Flights return to Almeria

The last couple of years has seen massive investment in Almeria airport which has been matched by virtually all international flights disappearing.

Today we have good news!

Ryanair are returning and flights can now be booked from Stansted and Düsseldorf starting from the end of March.

New routes are expected to be announced soon.

Eclipse

A fabulous sunny morning meant we had a quite spectacular view of the partial eclipse as the sun rose above the Mediterranean.

Just as well I saw it as I’ve now managed to whack myself in the eye and nose as I was clearing up cuttings in the gardens, not a pretty sight!
